JD Growth Manager About the Role We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Growth Manager to own end-to-end customer acquisition and retention for CCD. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and in-app engagement. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth across digital channels while improving customer lifetime value through retention and reactivation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities 1. Growth Strategy & Ownership Define and execute the overall growth roadmap across acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Own key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, retention rates, churn, and ROI.
Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, customer insights, and market trends. 2. Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across channels (Meta, Google, programmatic, affiliates, etc.). Continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization.
Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and scale high-performing channels. 3. CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Own CRM strategy including email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp campaigns. Design lifecycle journeys (onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back).
Segment users based on behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage to drive personalization. 4. Retention & Reactivation Develop and implement strategies to improve repeat usage and reduce churn. Design reactivation campaigns targeting dormant users.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to enhance customer experience. 5. In-App Campaigns & Engagement Drive in-app messaging, offers, and personalization strategies. Work closely with product/tech teams to implement growth experiments within the app.
Optimize funnels and user journeys to improve conversion rates. 6. Execution & Experimentation Be hands-on in executing campaigns, setting up tools, and analyzing performance. Run continuous experiments across channels and funnels to drive growth.
Build dashboards and reports to track performance and derive actionable insights. Qualifications & Experience 4β7 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or CRM roles (preferably in D2C, E-comm, QSR, or retail). Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end growth funnels (acquisition to retention). Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in data analysis and experimentation. Ability to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced environment.
