Active Grade 4 Stationary Engineer License in the State of Maryland 1 to 3 years of experience operating boilers or similar systems Working knowledge of steam systems, hydronic systems, and boiler controls Ability to read gauges, logs, and mechanical documentation Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and documentation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in mechanical rooms or high heat environments Availability for varied shifts including nights, weekends, and on call rotation Preferred Qualifications Experience working in government, healthcare, industrial, or large commercial facilities Familiarity with water treatment systems and basic chemical testing procedures Exposure to HVAC systems or broader building maintenance operations OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Ability to troubleshoot and support multiple types of mechanical equipment Innovative Mechanical Contractors LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
