Role is based at our Longueuil location, Monday to Friday, flexible hours, exclusively on‑site. Responsibilities Manage a team of project coordinators and ensure complete governance of transition projects to meet timelines, budgets, and strategic aspects associated with source change. Determine the financial viability of identified projects from the Sourcing team to achieve cost‑reduction and supply‑chain performance objectives.
Plan and execute supplier change (transition) projects for purchased or manufactured parts following the internal qualification process for new suppliers while respecting allocated time and budget. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Laboratory, Inspection, etc.) to resolve technical issues affecting transitions and deliveries. Lead project reviews with internal or external suppliers and follow up on parts development.
Travel occasionally internationally; attend meetings outside normal daytime hours (e.g., evenings) as needed. Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Aeronautical Maintenance, Aeronautical Manufacturing, Aerospace, or similar. 10+ years of pertinent experience in project management, operations, engineering, or supply management. Demonstrated leadership skill and aptitude for teamwork.
Autonomous, organized, and efficient. Strong communication abilities. Knowledge of SAP and procurement processes preferred.
