Job Description

Job location Base location: Hyderabad Current location: Hybrid (Work from Office) Years of experience - Minimum 15-18 years (CA / CPA / ACCA with IT services background). Essential Functions: You will own the entire "Order-to-Cash" cycle. You are responsible for ensuring customer invoices are raised with 100% accuracy and timeliness.

You must proactively coordinate with Delivery Heads to validate timesheets, approved hours, and milestone sign-offs before invoicing to prevent client disputes and payment hold-ups. You will be responsible for the monthly and annual consolidation of books across all the company entities. You must create a "Single Source of Truth" for the leadership and the board.

You will manage the cross-border flow of funds. You will optimize the timing of remittances from North America and the UAE to delivery centers to minimize forex loss while ensuring 100% payroll and vendor coverage. You will champion the global regulatory framework with zero tolerance for non-compliance.

You must manage end-to-end statutory filings across all geographies, including SOFTEX, GST, and FEMA compliance for India, VAT and Corporate Tax for UAE, FBR/PRA sales tax compliance for Pakistan, and coordinating with external CPAs for US Federal/State tax filings. You will own the Global Transfer Pricing policy. You must ensure all inter-company invoices are raised at "Arm's Length" pricing and are audit-ready for the IRS, FBR, and Indian Tax Authorities.

You will implement rigorous tracking of "Project Margins." You will work with Delivery Heads to analyze Billability vs. Utilization, ensuring that high-revenue projects are translating to bottom-line profit. You will serve the board of directors and executive leadership directly, tracking critical metrics like but not limited to EBITDA, Operating Margin, Revenue per Employee, and Burn Rate.

You will be regarded as a domain expert and will be accountable for streamlining the company’s financial nervous system and establishing the necessary controls that will lead us to sustainable growth. Required qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or ACCA is mandatory. At least 7+ years in the Technology/Software sector in a finance lead/controllership role.

Specific experience with STPI regulations, GST rules, and FEMA guidelines is non-negotiable. Expert capability in QuickBooks, Tally, and Zoho Books, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI. Experience with Microsoft D365 Finance is a plus.

Proven ability to manage US-India inter-company transactions and transfer pricing audits. Experience dealing with Middle East (UAE/Saudi) VAT and compliance is highly preferred. Experience managing banking relationships and credit facilities.
