Nurse Practitioner (Hybrid) - Snohomish County, WA Shifts: Days (Mon-Fri) The schedule includes day shifts with 3 clinical days, 1 administrative day, and 3 days off, along with rotational on-call weekends. On-call duties are conducted via phone only Job Description: We are currently seeking an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner specializing in the care of homebound geriatric patients in the Snohomish County region. The Ideal candidates should have a passion for treating the geriatric population and should be well-versed in the common conditions that are presented in this demographic, such as dementia, cardiovascular disease, endocrinological conditions, neurodegenerative diseases, to name a few.

Qualification/Experience: • Master's degree or Doctorate Degree as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner • Minimum 2-3 Years of experience working with Geriatric Population • New Graduates are also accepted Licenses/Certifications: • Current license to practice as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Washington • Active DEA License Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental/Health insurance/ Vision insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan
