Generative AI Engineer

AI Engineer / Builder (1–5 Years Experience) — LLMs, Agents, RAG We’re hiring builders . If you love experimenting with AI, shipping real products, breaking things, and rebuilding them better, this role is for you. We want someone who can own problems, build fast and iterate even faster .

What you’ll do Build AI-first products Design and implement agentic workflows Develop and optimize RAG pipelines Rapid prototyping → testing → improving → scaling Work across the stack (APIs, backend systems, integrations, deployment) Take ideas from 0 → 1 → production What we’re looking for 1–5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering / AI / ML Strong coding skills (Python preferred) Experience working with: LLM APIs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.) Frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen (or similar) Building real world applications (not just notebooks) Ability to move fast, experiment, and learn quickly Comfort working in a high-ownership, fast-changing environment Mandatory (must include in application) GitHub profile OR Live projects / demos OR Portfolio of AI applications you’ve built Applications without proof of work will not be considered
