What You’ll Do: Drive Revenue Growth: Lead the sales effort, exceed revenue targets, and manage lead generation and marketing. Inspire Teams: Hire, train, and mentor a talented team of associates, setting performance expectations and driving excellence. Client Success: Ensure high client satisfaction by proactively managing relationships and resolving issues swiftly. Lead Innovation: Leverage AI tools to improve sales, marketing, and reporting, staying ahead of trends to optimize performance. Financial Oversight: Manage profitability, expenses, billing, and forecasting for the center.
