Provide consistent accountability for direct and dotted‑line reports through training, coaching, performance reviews, and planning sessions. Conduct ongoing team‑member training and development to engage and retain staff.

Assist in the approval of hiring, dismissal, and discipline decisions for all gym employees. Create a positive work environment with appropriate leadership, supervision, and feedback. Provide developmental coaching and guidance for long‑term career growth.

Hold regular team meetings to review performance, offer direction, motivation, and guidance toward company goals. Maintain a high‑performing, engaged team aligned with company values. Execute lead, appointment‑setting, and guest goals to meet financial targets.

Ensure a 50% guest conversion rate, 40% Ultimate Mix, and 25% attachment of private coaching to new member sales. Drive monthly sales metrics and drivers through accountability and performance management. Document HR processes and support the Vice President of Sales and HR.

Achieve monthly targets in New Member Sales, Electronic Funds Transfer, and Private Coaching. Participate in financial, expense, and operational planning to meet retention and revenue goals. Set priorities and goals in collaboration with department heads and Vice Presidents.

Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Vice President of Operations to supervise facilities and deliver superior member experience. Report monthly financial results to the Vice President of Sales. Establish a safe, healthy, community‑focused gym culture that maximizes member satisfaction and profitability.

Act as a role model for member service; walk the gym to collect feedback and identify training needs. Resolve elevated member concerns and provide coaching to prevent recurrence. Monitor gym appearance and resolve issues promptly.

Process time and labor approvals with department heads. Execute company policies, procedures, programs, and promotions efficiently. Ensure the safety of employees, members, and gym property.

Required Qualifications Experience managing reports, budgeting, revenue, payroll, and analytical skills relevant to the fitness industry. Strong organizational, customer service, leadership, communication, time‑management, and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and PowerPoint.

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum 2‑3 years of progressive management experience supervising 3‑10 employees. Minimum 3‑5 years of sales or related experience.

Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50‑120 lbs and stand for up to 8‑12 hours. Must have adequate transportation to and from work and scheduled meetings or networking events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
