Job Summary The General Manager is responsible for the leadership and mentoring of the Experience Guides (front desk), Massage Therapists, and leadership teams while overseeing seamless operations of the business, top‑level guest experience, and ensuring profitable business practices. The focus of this job is making connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results. We look for individuals who embody leadership, motivation, organization, and a sense of urgency while remaining guest and member‑centric.

The General Manager serves as an ambassador of The NOW's vision, ensuring that every member and guest experience reflects our Brand Truths. The fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment demands quick adaptability and the skill to motivate others to adjust to business challenges and achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities Recruitment, hiring, and continuous development of the team, both front desk and Massage Therapist, mentoring and coaching team members to excel in their roles and achieve their goals.

Performance management (document and delivery) and maintaining positive relationships within the team. Next‑level guest experience, addressing online reviews and community engagement. Resolve guest issues and employee relations in a manner reflective of The NOW Brand Truths.

Build and maintain team schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency while managing payroll and scheduling demands in a timely manner. Perform accounting duties, such as recording daily cash flow, managing payroll, and executing inventory. Financial acumen is essential for adhering to and monitoring budgets and driving sales.

Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance (including massage therapy laws). Plan and oversee promotions and collaborations with local businesses to enhance our brand presence. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications 5+ years of industry or likeminded business experience (operating a fast‑paced, high‑volume business) Membership program and/or wellness industry experience preferred Proven track record in sales and building a recurring guest base with a sense of community Business acumen: ability to quickly understand and address business information (e.g., profit and loss statements, budgets and sales forecasts, labor forecasting, etc.) Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills Must be a team leader and enjoy mentoring people Compensation Compensation: $55,000.00 - $59,500.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
