Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned, visionary, and hands-on General Manager to lead the repositioning and relaunch of a historic boutique hotel in Miami Beach, scheduled to undergo an extensive renovation in 2026 and reopen as a luxury property. The Company is committed to a thoughtful, design-forward transformation that honors the property’s legacy while introducing a refined luxury experience. This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished hotel leader to guide a property through a full lifecycle transformation — from pre-renovation operations and strategic planning through reopening and stabilization as a luxury lifestyle destination.

The ideal candidate brings strong luxury and lifestyle hotel experience, proven leadership during transitions or openings, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences while building and inspiring high-performing teams. Responsibilities Leadership Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the hotel’s operations, repositioning strategy, renovation planning support, and luxury relaunch.

Develop and execute strategic business plans that drive revenue, guest satisfaction, brand alignment, and long-term asset value. Be fully accountable for the performance and leadership of all department heads. Foster a guest-centric, collaborative, and high-performance culture through employee engagement, development, and accountability.

Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and any ancillary outlets. Serve as the property’s ambassador, building strong relationships with guests, ownership, brand partners, vendors, and the local Miami Beach community. Champion luxury service standards aligned with the branding, delivering personalized, memorable guest experiences.

Play an active leadership role in pre-opening planning, staffing, training, and operational readiness ahead of relaunch. Administrative Responsibilities Ensure compliance with company operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards. Prepare, present, and achieve the hotel’s annual Operating Budget, Sales & Marketing Plan, and Capital Budget.

Manage the hotel’s financial performance, ensuring revenue growth, cost controls, and profitability targets are met or exceeded. Maximize room yield and total hotel revenue through effective pricing, forecasting, and yield management strategies. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local legal, safety, and health regulations.

Oversee financial reporting, labor management, and expense controls in alignment with ownership and brand expectations. Required Skills, Experience And Knowledge Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader within the luxury or lifestyle hospitality segment. Prior experience with hotel renovations, repositioning, rebrands, or openings strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of boutique and luxury hotel operations with a passion for elevated, personalized guest service. Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead diverse teams through periods of change. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Branded luxury experience is a plus.
