Key focus areas: โ P&L Owner of a cohort of Business Managers (10-15) in a region/city โ Ownership to Client Satisfaction of all projects across the territory โ Developing and executing the Business Managers Success Strategy in the territory โ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure right steps to grow the respective Territory as per demand in your territory โ Enabling Business Managers to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets โ Meeting (online/Offline in future) with Business Managers to understand & solve their concerns on a regular basis โ Build and scale a high-performing team of Business Managers responsible for a predictable and sustainable business Qualifications/Skill-set: โ 5+ years of work-experience as Business Development and Growth; Min 1 Years in B2C Sales โ Strong in multi tasking & managing complex Ops structures โ Strong in Sales & BD; Willing to Travel across India/Region of India โ Strong leadership and people skills โ Extremely high level of ownership around the Targets โ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
