Knightsbridge Restaurant Group – New opening (Italian cuisine) Rosselli- General Manager The award-winning Knightsbridge Restaurant Group which is owned and operated by a James Beard nominated restaurateur is currently conducting a search for a talented General Manager to work at our newest Italian concept, Rosselli. The selected candidate must have a solid grasp on Italian Cuisine with a true sense of craft. Candidate must have experience working in fine dining restaurants as a General Manager Desired Requirements: The ideal candidate with have a minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in a reputable restaurant or restaurant group; Experienced in hiring and training staff; Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor, management and bottom line profitability; A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success; Knowledge of domestic and international wines; Candidate with experience in Triple seat is a plus.
