Job Description

Permanent contracts are available across multiple UK locations. Job Overview We are looking for Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) to oversee daily operations across our Pizza Hut Delivery outlets in the UK. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring quality service, driving sales, and maintaining financial targets.

Working Hours 45 hours per week (variable). Main Responsibilities Lead daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching.

Monitor sales targets and operational performance, driving initiatives to increase revenue. Handle financial responsibilities including budgeting, cost control, and profitability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Use data and insights to improve performance and make informed decisions. Ideal Candidate Demonstrated leadership and the ability to achieve results in a fast‑paced environment. Strong commercial awareness and experience in business growth.

Financial and HR knowledge to manage store performance. Excellent coaching and development skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
