Confidential Search | Restaurant General Manager (Spanish Speaking Preferred) Chicago, IL $80,000 – $100,000+ (DOE) A well-established, high-volume restaurant group is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Restaurant General Manager . This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with accountability, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest and team experience. The ideal candidate is a strong floor leader who can confidently manage daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure consistent service standards.

Spanish speaking is strongly preferred due to the team composition and guest base. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily restaurant operations including FOH service, staffing, and guest experience Lead, coach, and develop assistant managers, shift leaders, and hourly team members Drive service standards, hospitality culture, and guest satisfaction Manage labor, scheduling, and controllable costs to meet financial targets Partner with BOH leadership to ensure seamless service execution Handle guest relations and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and sanitation standards Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team training initiatives Qualifications 3–7+ years of restaurant management experience (GM or Assistant GM level preferred) High-volume, full-service restaurant experience strongly preferred Spanish speaking strongly preferred (bilingual required or highly valued) Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment Strong financial acumen (P&L, labor, and cost control understanding) Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills Hands-on, floor-driven management style Compensation & Opportunity $80,000 – $100,000+ base salary (depending on experience) Performance-based bonus potential Growth opportunity within an established and expanding restaurant group Supportive leadership team and structured operations This is a confidential opportunity .
