GC Analyst Industry: Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) Location: Barasat, Kolkata Job Description We are looking for an experienced GC Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in pharmaceutical analysis. The role involves routine and advanced testing of APIs, raw materials, and drug products using Gas Chromatography (GC) in a NABL-accredited laboratory. Key Responsibilities Perform GC analysis for APIs, raw materials, and finished products Conduct residual solvent analysis as per ICH guidelines Work with IP / USP / BP methods and validated procedures Operate and maintain GC systems (Headspace, FID) Interpret chromatographic data and ensure system suitability Perform method validation / verification Handle OOS / OOT investigations Maintain documentation as per ISO/IEC 17025 (NABL) and GLP Experience & Qualification M.Sc. in Chemistry / Analytical / Pharmaceutical Chemistry 8–10 years of GC experience (mandatory) Experience in pharmaceutical or TIC laboratory preferred Skills Required Strong knowledge of GC techniques and residual solvent analysis Familiarity with ICH guidelines and pharmacopeial methods Good analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong documentation practices Application Process Send your updated CV to: talentacquisition@efrac.org & sangita.sheet@efrac.org Contact: +91 6292279952 Subject Line: Application for GC Analyst
