About COMPLY: Comply is a SaaS company forging the future of RegTech (regulatory technologies). Our global governance, risk management and compliance (GRC) solutions help more than 1,400 financial services and professional services institutions proactively identify risks and manage complex regulatory and compliance challenges. We have been selected by some of the largest hedge funds, private equity firms and brokers to be their partner and are looking for amazing people to join our growing team!
Full Stack Software Engineer - UI COMPLY is the worlds leading aggregator of financial and regulatory data to support compliance. Our mission is to help financial institutions meet their regulatory obligations with confidence, clarity, and speed. We ingest, process, and enrich vast volumes of complex, high-variance data from hundreds of brokers, data providers and other sources of information across the US and beyond.
The scale, diversity, and importance of this data create unique technical challenges and opportunities for innovative engineers. The COMPLY Data Platform is a strategic initiative at the heart of this mission. It underpins everything from our broker feed ingestion and security master to advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and future regulatory technologies.
The platform is growing fast, and so is the need for accessible, well-designed user interfaces to manage it. We're looking for a Full Stack UI Engineer to help us build those interfaces, creating the tools and dashboards that power our internal users and unlock the full value of our data infrastructure. The Role: As a Full Stack Engineer, youll work across the stack with a strong focus on designing and building front-end applications that interface with our data platform.
Youll work closely with other engineers, data operations, and product stakeholders to create intuitive, performant, and reliable tools that support both day-to-day operations and longer-term product development. Youll have the opportunity to shape how we build UI-driven workflows and play a central role in how engineers and analysts interact with our internal systems. While this role leans front-end, youll also contribute to the back- end APIs and services that support your work, particularly in C#.
Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain front-end applications and dashboards that interact with our internal data platform. Work closely with product managers and internal users to understand requirements and deliver usable, effective interfaces. Write clean, well-tested code that can scale and evolve with the product.
Work closely with teammates to break down requirements, explore solutions, and deliver value iteratively. Contribute to team discussions on architecture, tooling, and development practices. Learn about the fintech domain including trading, compliance, and broker data.
Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement activities. Essential Criteria: Strong experience developing modern front-end applications (e.g. React, Blazor, or similar frameworks).
Solid understanding of web fundamentals: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, browser performance. Experience integrating with APIs and working on full-stack systems. Ability to translate user needs into intuitive, maintainable UI components.
Familiarity with back-end development (preferably in C#) and how UI and services work together. Experience developing and maintaining software systems in a production environment. Understanding of software engineering fundamentals: design, testing, debugging, version control, etc.
Ability to work with others to break down problems and deliver solutions incrementally. Willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and ask questions when stuck. A team-first mindset and strong communication skills.
Desirable Criteria: Background in building internal tools, admin panels, or operational dashboards. Experience working on data-intensive or distributed systems. Experience working with Blazor.
Exposure to cloud services (particularly AWS). Exposure to performance monitoring, testing, and accessibility best practices in web applications. What We Offer A chance to work on genuinely interesting and important problems at scale.
A collaborative, supportive culture that values curiosity, integrity, and technical excellence. Opportunities to learn from experienced engineers and contribute to important architectural discussions. A supportive environment where curiosity, improvement, and teamwork are celebrated.
A modern, cloud-native tech stack and the freedom to bring your engineering voice to the table.
