Full Stack Developer (remote or hybrid)

Technology is at the heart of this fast-growing digital bank — powering the systems that make business banking simpler, faster and smarter. This role is about setting the technical direction across payments, shaping scalable systems, and helping engineering teams deliver consistently high-quality software. Design, build and deploy full-stack web applications using React, TypeScript and Kotlin.

Collaborate with Product and Design to ensure technical strategies support business goals. Champion secure coding practices and ensure compliance across services. Mentor engineers, encourage knowledge sharing, and help shape the wider engineering culture.

Expert knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React (Hooks, Redux), HTML5 and CSS/SASS. Strong experience designing backend services in Kotlin or Java with REST and OpenAPI. Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles (Azure DevOps experience ideal).

Strong background in testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright or Cypress. Experience working with micro frontends or Nx, and partnering closely with design teams. Work in a modern, agile engineering environment free from legacy systems.
