Key Responsibilities Architect and deliver end-to-end features across modern React front ends and Node.js back ends Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams in an agile environment Champion best practices in code quality, performance, and accessibility Mentor peers, lead code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement Integrate APIs, manage state, and ensure seamless user experiences Deploy and maintain cloud-based solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure What We're Looking For 5+ years' commercial experience in full-stack development with React as your primary front-end framework Deep knowledge of React (hooks, context, performance optimization) and JavaScript/TypeScript Strong Node.js back-end skills, including REST API design and authentication Proficiency with state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query) Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) Cloud deployment and containerization know-how (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure) SQL/NoSQL database experience (Postgres, MongoDB, Redis) Excellent communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills Bonus: Next.js, GraphQL, Storybook, Figma, accessibility standards, PWA/mobile, AI/ML integration, sports/wellness sector experience
