Frontend Developer

Job Summary Seeking a Frontend Developer responsible for designing and developing responsive, high-performance user interfaces for insurance-based applications. The role involves converting UI/UX designs into functional code, ensuring scalability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Mandatory Skill-set Strong hands-on experience in modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular or Vue.js; Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+ with solid understanding of core concepts; Hands-on experience in REST API integration and handling asynchronous data; Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development approach; Ability to ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent UI behavior.

Desired Skill-set Prior experience working in insurance or fintech domain will be an added advantage; Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress; Exposure to design systems, UI component libraries, and reusable component architecture; Understanding of performance optimization techniques and frontend best practices. Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable user-facing features for web applications; Convert UI/UX wireframes and designs into clean, efficient, and high-quality code; Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance; Ensure applications are fully responsive and work seamlessly across devices and browsers; Collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders; Write reusable, testable, and maintainable code following best practices; Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement of frontend architecture.
