Job Title: Vue.js Lead Job Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad Experience : 8 to 10 Years Key Responsibilities Lead the front-end development using Vue.js (Vue 2/3) and related ecosystems Define and implement front-end architecture and best practices Mentor and guide a team of front-end developers Translate business and UX requirements into high-quality technical solutions Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability of applications Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards Collaborate with backend teams on API integration Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and trends Required Skills & Qualifications 8 years of experience in front-end development 4 years of hands-on experience with Vue.js Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 Experience with Vuex / Pinia , Vue Router , and component-based architecture Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Proficiency in Git and modern CI/CD workflows Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Good to Have Experience with TypeScript Exposure to unit testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.) Experience working in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) Prior experience in leading or mentoring teams Interested candidates please share your profile to
