Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Development or related field Skills: strong exp. in React.JS UI – MANDATORY Industry: Fintech/Digital Payments/Financial Services/Banks/NBFC/Investment Banking/Venture Capital/Micro Finance Location: Thane Head Office (Mumbai) Roles and Responsibilities : React.JS UI Developer Job Summary : We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).

You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Roles and Responsibilities : Developing new user-facing features using React.js Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications. Reviewing application requirements and interface designs. Identifying web-based user interactions.

Developing and implementing highly-responsive user interface components using React concepts. Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js workflows. Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.

Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts. Monitoring and improving front-end performance. Documenting application changes and developing updates.

Requirements : Degree in Computer Science, Software Development or related field. Proven hands-on Software Development experience 3+ years in hands-on software development using React.JS. Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.

Experience with user interface design. Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest. Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.

Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Good organizational skills.

Ability to work as part of a team. Technologies : Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js) Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus Familiarity with RESTful APIs Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
