Job description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React, Design Systems (Sprout Component Library), and Microfrontend architecture to build scalable, high-performance web applications. You will play a key role in developing reusable UI components, driving frontend architecture decisions, and delivering pixel-perfect, user-centric experiences across enterprise-grade applications. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React and TypeScript Develop and extend Sprout Component Library (Design System) to ensure consistency and reusability across applications Design and implement Microfrontend architecture (MFE) for modular, independent frontend deployments Translate UI/UX wireframes into pixel-perfect interfaces with high attention to detail Develop reusable components, hooks, and UI libraries to accelerate development Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs (REST/GraphQL) Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and accessibility (a11y standards) Optimize applications for performance, scalability, SEO, and security Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions Drive frontend best practices, code quality, testing, and performance improvements Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making and architecture discussions.

Must-Have Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development using React & TypeScript (Next.js preferred) Strong expertise in Sprout Component Library / Design Systems / UI Component Libraries Proven experience in Microfrontend Architecture (MFE / Module Federation) Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap Experience with modern UI libraries (Radix UI, ShadCN, or similar) Strong experience building reusable components and scalable frontend systems Experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs Strong focus on performance optimization, accessibility (a11y), and responsive design Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Solid understanding of frontend architecture and system design principles Good-to-Have Skills Experience with Angular / Vue / Svelte Exposure to Headless CMS (Contentful, Sanity, etc.) with SSR Experience with Vercel and Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3.js, Highcharts) Basic exposure to AI/ML-powered frontend use cases Experience working with cross-functional global teams Engagement Details Commitment: ~35 hours per week with predictable workload and clear deliverables Work Model: 100% remote engagement from our side Compensation: Monthly payouts with a transparent pay cycle Tenure: Long-term engagement for high performers; continuity and stability assured Eligibility: Open only to professionals currently working in a full-time remote role (validated during screening) Growth: Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact products alongside senior engineering leadership
