You will help shape the future of our performance by transforming data into actionable intelligence, strengthening forecast accuracy, and supporting leaders as they make investments that impact millions of travelers each year. Your work will directly influence how we grow, optimize, and deliver exceptional value across the company.
In This Role Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and longârange financial plans. Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and deliver insights that drive operational and strategic decisions. Partner with crossâfunctional leadersâincluding Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Technologyâto provide financial guidance and evaluate business initiatives.
Build and enhance financial models that support scenario planning, cost analysis, and profitability assessments. Prepare monthly reporting packages, including variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and performance commentary for senior leadership. Assist in evaluating new locations, menu concepts, and capital investment opportunities through ROI, payback, and sensitivity analyses.
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and data accuracy to increase efficiency and transparency across the organization. Support adâhoc analysis, projects, and presentations for executive leadership and other key stakeholders. Qualifications / Criteria Bachelorâs degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2â4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and distill insights clearly. Master in Excel and financial planning systems; experience with BI tools is a plus. Must be technical + experience with AI and BI tools is mandatory.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and deliver highâquality work in a fastâpaced environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Detailâoriented, curious, and committed to continuous improvement.
