FP&A Manager

The FP&A Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic support within the organisation. This role requires expertise in financial modelling and a strong understanding of the not-for-profit sector. It operates as a medium-sized entity, offering a collaborative and mission-driven work environment. Description Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making. Produce accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with department heads to create budgets and forecasts. Analyse financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.

Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements. Prepare detailed variance analyses and identify key trends. Present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders to aid decision‑making.

Profile A successful FP&A Manager should have: A professional accounting qualification or equivalent. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within the not-for-profit sector. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.

Familiarity with budget management and forecasting processes. Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information. Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with an aptitude for process improvement.

A detail-oriented and strategic mindset. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £67,500 to £82,500 per annum. Pension contributions between 3% and 10%.
