FP&A Analyst

The Role – FP&A Analyst This role sits within a high-performing and collaborative FP&A team of three, reporting into senior finance leadership. You will play a key role in analysing financial performance, supporting decision-making, and providing insight into business trends within a dynamic and data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Analyse current and historical financial data to identify trends and support profit optimisation Produce and review both routine and ad-hoc financial reports Interpret financial performance against key metrics and highlight risks and opportunities Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders Support budgeting, forecasting, and broader financial planning processes Candidate Profile: 2–3 years’ experience within FP&A or a similar financial analysis role Background within financial services is strongly preferred (e.g. banking, trading firms, brokerage, hedge funds, or investment management) Candidates from purely audit/practice backgrounds are less relevant Part-qualified to newly qualified accountant (e.g.
