Job Description
1. Guest Experience & Service Leadership Lead the Floor: Assist with daily FOH service operations, ensuring our standards are not just met, but exceeded. Coaching: Provide in-the-moment feedback to employees to maintain excellence.
Daily Readiness: Execute pre-shift meetings, taste plates, and venue walkthroughs to ensure the team is primed for success. Culture Champion: Foster a positive, people-focused environment that keeps team morale high. 2. Team Management & Development Growth & Reviews 3.
Operational Efficiency Labor & Scheduling: Work with leadership to hit labor targets and adjust schedules based on business flow. Inventory Management: Manage weekly dry goods ordering, oversee storeroom organization, and ensure packaging targets are met. 4. Communication & Support Problem Solving: Act as a bridge between the floor and upper management, communicating operational needs promptly.
Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to coach. A lead-from-the-front mentality—you aren't afraid to jump into the weeds when necessary.
High organizational standards and an eye for detail. Actively manage the pulse of the dining room. You are responsible for ensuring every guest interaction reflects our culture—vibrant, attentive, and consistently excellent.
