Flutter Developer

Role: Flutter App Developer Experience: 1 year (for freshers internship experience is preferable) Location: New Delhi (On-site) Type: Full-time (Interns also welcome and will be paid) What You’ll Do Own end-to-end Flutter mobile app development (Android & iOS) using MVVM Architecture Build production-grade features, not just UI screens Work closely with Backend, Product, Design, and QA teams Implement scalable state management using BLOC & Provider Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, Firebase, and third-party SDKs Improve app performance, app size, and crash-free rate Actively participate in feature planning, estimation, and release cycles Write clean, testable, and maintainable code Review PRs and maintain high engineering standards Use modern AI developer tools to boost productivity What We’re Looking For Flutter development experience (Projects or Internships) Experience working in a good product-based company Strong understanding of: Flutter widgets & rendering State management (BLOC & Provider – mandatory) Navigation, dependency injection, and lifecycle Experience with: REST APIs & JSON Firebase (RTDB, Auth, Crashlytics, FCM – plus if used) App performance optimization Solid Git & GitHub workflow experience Ability to take ownership of features and ship independently Tools & Tech (Must Have / Good to Have) Flutter / Dart GetX & Provider GitHub (PRs, code reviews, branching) AI coding tools: GitHub Copilot Cursor / similar AI IDEs CI/CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions – bonus) Play Store / App Store deployment experience – bonus Firebase (RTDB) What Makes You a Great Fit You think like a product engineer, not just a task executor You care about UX, performance, and stability You proactively suggest improvements You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment You use AI tools smartly (not blindly) Founder's Desk: We are looking for more than a developer.
