FLS Designer

WE ARE HIRING Design Confidence Consultancy LLC is looking for a talented FLS (Fire & Life Safety) Designer to join our growing team in Kochi, India . Key Responsibilities • Prepare Fire & Life Safety drawings in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and authority requirements. • Develop coordinated FLS drawings, including fire alarm layouts, emergency lighting, exit signage, smoke control systems, and evacuation plans. • Produce high-quality technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit . • Update drawings based on design changes, client comments, and authority feedback. • Assist in preparing submission packages and project deliverables within required timelines. • Maintain drawing accuracy and ensure compliance with company CAD standards. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure design integration. Performance Expectations • High level of accuracy and quality in all drawings. • Timely completion of assigned deliverables. • Compliance with applicable fire codes, standards, and company procedures. • Effective coordination. • Prompt response to design revisions and project updates.

Qualifications & Experience • Degree or Diploma in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. • Candidates with a Fire & Life Safety (FLS) background or a Fire Engineering qualification are preferred. • Experience in the construction, engineering, consulting, or built-environment industry. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential. • Good understanding of Fire & Life Safety codes, standards, and authority submission requirements.
