We are looking for a restaurant floor manager (2-3 years experience) who oversees the day-to-day operations of the dining room, ensuring smooth service by managing the waitstaff, coordinating with the kitchen, resolving customer issues, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests, while also supervising staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
