Floor Manager

Independently-owned restaurant seeks to hire a motivated individual to fill a Front of House Floor Manager role. This individual should possess knowledge in regards to basic restaurant management as well as being able to communicate well with others. This Manager will also need to possess prior bartending experience. The Floor Manager will assist the General Manager in FOH operations and work closely with the Chef as well. The full-time position will consist of approximately 50 hours per week with a permanent weekly schedule worked out with applicant. The applicant will work approximately 40 hours as a Manager and 1 bartending shift per week. The bar hours will be paid the tipped minimum wage + any tips made during the shift. The expected compensation for this position will range from $67,000-75,000. *Please not that this job will require interaction with a large number of neighborhood families with small children. If you don't like children this job will not be a good fit.
