Key Responsibilities Manage all bookkeeping activities across multiple companies, including bank and credit card reconciliations (QuickBooks or equivalent). Support payroll processing, remittances, and employee reimbursements. Record and reconcile all expenses, invoices, and credit card transactions.

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Collaborate closely with the CFO and external accounting firm to ensure compliance and accuracy. Support financial audits, tax filings, and year-end closing.

Track intercompany transactions, allocations, and cash flow. Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure data integrity and process efficiency. Support management with financial analysis and reporting as needed.

Qualifications Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or controller roles (multi-entity experience preferred). Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Excel, and financial reporting tools.

Experience with payroll systems and government remittances. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
