Job Title: Financial Operations Analyst Location: Chennai (On-site) Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to support real-time financial operations, data monitoring, and internal coordination. This role requires strong numerical ability, structured thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth execution, quick issue resolution, and effective coordination across teams. Key Responsibilities Monitor financial data, transactions, and account activity Analyze balances, positions, and performance metrics Identify discrepancies, anomalies, and potential risk indicators Investigate and resolve operational issues in a timely manner Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows Maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and data records Communicate findings, issues, and updates clearly and concisely Contribute to improving operational processes and efficiency Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field 0–3 years of experience in financial operations, analytics, or similar roles Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to explain problems and solutions clearly and confidently High attention to detail and structured problem-solving ability Proficiency in Excel (mandatory) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services Exposure to financial markets or data-driven roles Experience working with large datasets Selection Process Candidates will be evaluated based on: Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Communication clarity and confidence Ability to perform under pressure and handle real-world scenarios Growth Opportunity This role offers strong growth potential into risk management, financial analysis, and strategic operations.
