Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our India operations. The role involves working closely with business teams to provide insights on financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and market trends within the Indian business landscape.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of Indian financial regulations and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans Analyze variances between actuals vs budget and provide actionable insights Support strategic planning and business decision-making 2.

Financial Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Develop MIS reports and dashboards for leadership Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data 3. Market & Investment Analysis Analyze Indian market trends, sector performance, and economic indicators Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare financial models Conduct competitor and benchmarking analysis 4. Cost & Profitability Analysis Monitor cost structures and identify cost optimization opportunities Analyze product/service profitability and margins Support pricing strategy with financial insights 5.

Compliance & Regulatory Ensure adherence to Indian financial regulations, taxation, and statutory requirements Support audits and liaise with auditors and consultants 6. Data Analysis & Automation Use financial tools and Excel models for data analysis Improve reporting efficiency through automation and digital tools Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CA/CFA/MBA preferred) 3–7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in Indian markets Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, and financial regulations Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling .
