What You’ll Do: ➢ Data Analysis & Insight Generation • Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic decisionmaking. • Identify trends, uncover opportunities, and deliver clear, data-backed recommendations. ➢ MIS & Performance Reporting • Develop, maintain, and automate comprehensive MIS dashboards and performance reports. • Ensure high accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of KPIs and business trackers. ➢ Presentation Development • Create high-quality presentations for leadership reviews, strategy meetings, and client discussions. • Translate complex data into simple, compelling visual narratives. ➢ Competitive & Market Analysis • Conduct detailed market scanning and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging trends, risks, and growth opportunities. • Provide insights that position the business ahead of industry peers. ➢ Financial Strategy Support • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities. • Contribute to strategic planning efforts, evaluating business cases and investment decisions. ➢ Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving • Approach business challenges with structured thinking and analytical rigor. • Recommend innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance business performance. What You’ll Need: • MBA in Finance, Marketing, Strategy, or Analytics with 1–2 years of relevant corporate experience. • Strong analytical skills and hands-on proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools. • Clear communicator with excellent stakeholder management abilities. • Self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities and deliver with precision. • Bonus: experience in financial modeling and forecasting, and a genuine interest in Capital Markets.
