Finance Transformation Business Analyst Role

Elevate finance processes as a Business Analyst on the Corporate Finance team, focusing on ERP re-implementation. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial capabilities and systems. In this newly created role, you will report to the Manager, Finance Transformation.

Your expertise will help bridge the gap between Finance and IT, supporting core FP&A activities and driving continuous improvements. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills and experience leading transformation initiatives while enhancing financial reporting and operational processes. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a Finance representative during ERP re-implementation • Collaborate with business stakeholders on system improvements • Document and gather business requirements for finance solutions • Lead user acceptance testing for system enhancements • Identify opportunities for process standardization and automation Requirements: • 3–5 years in Finance with FP&A focus • 2+ years in finance transformation or ERP projects • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • Strong knowledge of finance processes and principles • Advanced Excel and BI tools experience Drive impactful finance transformation initiatives as a key contributor to enhancing business systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
