Job Description

Company: BIADS India Private Limited, a joint venture of Brakes India and ADVICS, has inaugurated a new greenfield braking systems plant in Shoolagiri, Tamil Nadu. The facility will manufacture advanced solutions such as electronic stability control and brake control products. Experience: CA with a minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, costing, or plant finance roles.

Qualification: CA Functional Area: Finance, Accounts & Costing The Manager โ€“ Finance will be responsible for ensuring robust financial governance, efficient cost management, accurate reporting, and statutory compliance at the site. This role acts as the financial business partner to the Site Head and leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the complete finance and accounting operations for the site, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Drive timely month-end and year-end financial closures with high levels of precision. Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure strict adherence to corporate policies. Manage the annual budgeting cycle and ensure alignment with site priorities.

Prepare rolling forecasts and closely monitor financial KPIs to support decision-making. Deliver comprehensive MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analyses with actionable insights. Oversee all aspects of product costing, including BOM/recipe costing, overhead allocation, and cost sheet management.

Analyze cost variances and implement initiatives to achieve cost efficiencies across operations. Enhance profitability by improving contribution margins and overseeing working capital performance. Ensure complete statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors to ensure timely audits and effective closure of observations. Maintain accurate and complete documentation to support compliance and audit requirements. Collaborate with Production, SCM, Maintenance, Projects, HR, and EHS teams to provide financial insights and decision support.

Present financials to the Board and liaise with bankers for financial reporting, funding, and compliance requirements.
