Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Manager - Finance to join our Finance & Accounts team. In this role, you will own business partner MIS and reporting, spearhead finance automation initiatives, and ensure robust financial reporting and audit readiness. You will work cross-functionally with Leasing, Legal, Operations, and IT teams, and play a key role in our continued growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. Business Partner MIS & Reporting Design, build, and maintain a comprehensive Business Partner MIS covering rent payables, lease obligations, escalation schedules, and revenue-sharing arrangements. Prepare and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual Business Partner MIS reports for senior management and business review meetings.
Monitor lease expiry schedules, renewal milestones, and contractual commitments; proactively flag risks and opportunities to stakeholders. Co-ordinate with Leasing, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure MIS accuracy and data integrity across all lease contracts. Analyse rent trends, occupancy costs, and per-unit profitability to support commercial decision-making.
Maintain and keep updated the Lease Termsβ Repository. B. Finance Automation & Process Excellence Identify manual, repetitive finance workflows and lead end-to-end automation initiatives using tools such as Excel Macros / VBA, Power BI, or RPA platforms.
Develop and maintain interactive Power BI / Excel dashboards for real-time financial KPI monitoring and cost control. Partner with IT and Finance teams to evaluate and implement ERP enhancements or BI tool upgrades. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, simplification, and digital-first thinking within the Finance function.
C. Financial Reporting & Audit Ensure year-round audit and review preparedness in collaboration with respective teams. Prepare accurate Ind AS and other audit schedules.
Prepare financials for audits and reviews in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors; ensure audit discussion matters are appropriately closed and audits are completed on schedule. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Must Have Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance or equivalent post-graduate qualification. 2β4 years of relevant experience in a Finance / Accounts role, preferably in Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, or a high-growth listed environment.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle preferred). Solid understanding of Ind AS, particularly Ind AS 116 β Leases. Proven ability to handle MIS, financial reporting, and audit coordination.
Good To Have Hands-on experience with automation tools β VBA macros, Python scripting, or RPA platforms. Experience in managing large-scale business partner contracts. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
