Field Sales Representative

In-Person | No Experience Required Opportunity Overview We are seeking entry-level sales representatives in Calgary to support a growing client in the residential home services industry. This role offers hands‑on sales experience, structured training, and performance‑based weekly earnings. No previous sales experience is required.

The Role This is an in‑person position focused on booking free residential assessments with homeowners. You will not be responsible for quoting prices, collecting payments, or performing installations. Key Responsibilities Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods Explain the purpose of a free home assessment Schedule appointments for qualified households Maintain a professional and respectful approach Training & Support Hands‑on training Shadow experienced team members Ongoing coaching and clear performance expectations Compensation & Schedule Weekly paid commissions Average earnings: $900–$1,300 per week Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM Ideal Candidate Comfortable speaking with new people Reliable, coachable, and motivated Interested in building transferable sales skills Benefits Company transportation and free office parking are provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr
