Macgregor Black are partnering with a growing consumer brand on the search for a Field Sales Representative. This is a permanent role based in Manchester.
As the Field Sales Representative, youโll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of independent retailers, driving both distribution and in-store performance. This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to someone who thrives on autonomy and building strong commercial relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a ยฃ3M territory, delivering against revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain relationships with independent and specialist retail accounts. Identify and win new business opportunities within your region. Execute regular store visits to drive visibility, availability, and sales.
Negotiate listings, promotions, and in-store positioning. Ensure strong merchandising standards and brand presence. Deliver product training and support to retail partners.
Monitor performance and provide regular sales insights and reporting.
