Field Sales Representative II – Job Summary Defining critical markets, developing relationships, promoting suppliers, and ensuring supply chain satisfaction. Responsibilities Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling. Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts to identify design opportunities and address business challenges.

Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead QBRs with major customers to unlock sales opportunities. Promote and sell Arrow’s value‑add, supply‑chain, and full‑life‑cycle programs; utilize sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com and Oracle. Participate in sales compensation plan; variable portion tied to specific sales‑related goals (60/40 split).

Qualifications 5‑7 years of field sales experience; bachelor’s degree preferred. Understanding of the electronic components industry and assigned market/territory (Pittsburgh). Strong ability to develop strategic plans and articulate complex strategies.

Proficiency in sales tracking systems (SalesForce.com, Oracle). Work Arrangement Fully remote with occasional travel to Arrow office locations as directed; position covers western PA and the Pittsburgh market. Compensation Annual Hiring Range: $76,600.00 – $135,669.38 Actual compensation offer may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. Pay ratio between base pay and target incentive will be finalized at offer. Location US‑PA‑Pennsylvania (Remote Employees) – may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office as requested.
