Field Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Sales Manager - Windows, Doors & CRS HOURS: 40 per week - Monday - Friday SALARY: £42-48k basic, plus company car, excellent bonus and benefits Healthcare Cash Plan, High Street Discounts, Staff Discount Field Based Eurocell are a stock market listed Plc and the market leader for uPVC products within the building industry. Our New Business Managers are responsible for identifying, engaging, and winning new trade customers for our uPVC windows and doors portfolio.

This position would suit a commercially driven sales professional with proactive sales drive and experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and strong market knowledge of the UK trade fenestration sector. WHAT OUR SALES MANAGERS DO: Generate qualified leads through outbound activity, market mapping, and local networking Build, manage, and maintain a high-quality new business pipeline Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines to secure profitable new accounts Support prospects with technical guidance, specification advice, and product comparisons Work with operations and customer service teams to ensure an effective onboarding process WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR SALES MANAGERS: Proven experience in new business field sales, and a background selling uPVC windows, doors, or related building products to installers and trade customers Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Confident communication and strong relationship-building skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Experience using CRM systems for lead and pipeline management Strong organisational and territory-planning skills WHAT WE OFFER OUR SALES MANAGERS: ~ You will be rewarded with a very competitive basic salary ~ Company vehicle ~25 days holiday, plus statutory holidays - normally 33 days in total each year ~ Option to join the Eurocell Share Save Scheme at discounted rates, and share in our company success ~ Company Pension Plan ~ Employee discount on Eurocell products ~ Discounts across many well-known online and high street retailers ~ Colleague Referral Programme; Excellent opportunities to grow with us, and progress your career
