️ We’re Hiring | Field Sales Executive Navilu Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Sales Executive to manage on-ground customer coordination and ensure a seamless closures and post-sales experience across our real estate projects. Location: Jigani, Bangalore Experience: 1+ years (Real Estate preferred) Core Objective: Ensure smooth handling of on-site clients for closures & execution of post-sales processes while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage on-site client interactions, addressing queries and building strong relationships to drive closures • Handle customer objections effectively and provide timely resolutions to ensure deal progression • Coordinate closely with sales, CRM, and legal teams to facilitate smooth and timely closures • Make consistent follow-ups with clients to ensure closures and timely bookings • Maintain accurate records, track client interactions, and update CRM to ensure seamless coordination across teams What we’re looking for: • Experience in post-sales / customer handling (real estate preferred) • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills • Good communication and relationship management skills • Ability to handle multiple customers and timelines efficiently Competitive salary + performance based incentives (linked to lead conversions) + growth opportunities Interested candidates can DM or share resumes at divya@navilugroup.com / info@navilugroup.com Know someone who fits?
