About the role MB Drilling Foundations is a growing specialty contractor focused on deep foundation systems across Florida. We're looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor who takes ownership of job-site safety, crew performance, and project execution — from mobilization to completion. You'll work directly with project managers and crews to keep multiple jobs on schedule and on budget.

Per diem and lodging are fully covered for all travel. What you'll do Enforce job-site safety — lead daily safety briefings, ensure all crews and subcontractors comply with OSHA standards and company protocols Supervise in-house crews and subcontractors — manage field teams across multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring quality workmanship and production targets are met Track and report project progress — maintain daily logs, communicate with project managers, and flag issues before they affect schedules or costs Oversee deep foundation installations — manage drilled shafts, auger cast piles, driven piles, or similar specialty work from setup through completion Requirements: Valid Florida driver's license Bilingual: English and Spanish (spoken and written) Ability to work 10–12 hr shifts, including weekends when needed Comfortable with statewide travel (per diem + lodging provided) Physically able to work outdoors in Florida conditions daily Preferred: Deep foundation field experience (drilled shafts, auger cast, driven piles) Preferred: OSHA 30 certification Benefits & compensation: Base pay: $25–$30/hr based on experience Overtime at 1.5× pay — regularly available, all hours over 40 compensated Per diem + lodging covered for all travel Paid time off Retirement plan Growth opportunity in a specialty niche with strong Florida demand Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid time off Retirement plan Work Location: In person Company Description We are a rapid growing drilling company that instal Auger Cast Piles for Deep Foundations.
