Experienced candidates start with a base salary of $38,400, and top performers in our agency made $24,000 in additional commission last year. Maintain detailed and timely records of all client communications and activities. Identify cross-sell opportunities and expand coverage with existing clients. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company processes, documentation, and payment timelines.

Requirements Active Property & Casualty License (Required). Prior insurance sales experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.

Ability to work independently while following established processes.
