Job Title: Facilities Engineer Location: Halewood, Liverpool Rate: £29.72ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £22.20ph on a PAYE basis Employment Type: Contract (Currently financed until June 2027) Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week Reference: J37236462 Position Description Facilities Engineering is responsible for the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs. Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion.

May have responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standards. Responsibilities typically include Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.
