Licensing: Active Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License is required. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not required Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations. Motivated: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
