Established and rapidly growing electrical contractor Strong pipeline of commercial and multi-family construction projects Long-term career advancement opportunities Supportive leadership focused on employee development Safety-first culture with high-quality standards Team-oriented environment where your experience is valued Stable company with a reputation for excellence throughout the Seattle market Key Responsibilities Install and maintain commercial electrical systems for new construction and tenant improvements Interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and technical specifications Install conduit, panels, lighting systems, breakers, switches, and control equipment Complete rough-in, finish work, and system upgrades Diagnose and resolve electrical issues using industry-standard testing equipment Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local code requirements Coordinate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and fellow trades Maintain organized work areas while documenting completed work and materials Benefits Package Medical coverage with 85% employer-paid premiums for employees and dependents Dental coverage with 85% employer-paid premiums Vision insurance with 85% employer-paid premiums Paid Time Off beginning on your first day of employment Up to 60 hours of PTO during your first year Seven paid holidays annually 401(k) retirement plan Required Qualifications Completion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship Valid WA EL01 General Journey Level Electrician License Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in a variety of construction environments Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Experience with fire alarm systems, data cabling, or building automation technologies Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
