Executive Manager | Executive Manager - Expert (LPO03) ProSidian seeks an Executive Manager (Expert Level LPO03), a contract contingent or contract W‑2 (IRS‑1099) position, that may convert to a full‑time ProSidian W‑2 role. The position is located in Washington, DC Metro Area (CONUS) with an option to telework (remote) across the Mid‑Atlantic Region, providing energy‑industry (oil, gas/power, utilities) management and operations solutions for the U.S. Department of Energy Loan Programs Office (DOE‑LPO).
The incumbent serves as the LPO Program Manager, delivering senior‑level consulting, project and program management, and strategic leadership to DOE‑LPO. Key duties include defining project strategy, objectives, scope, and deliverables; overseeing business and process enablers; managing resources; providing quality assurance, technical review, and industry insight; and presenting to and leading strategic client meetings. Expertise across disciplines such as accounting, business, computer science, economics, engineering, finance, geosciences, law, life sciences, mathematics, operations research, political science, public policy, statistics, or science is required.
Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and in demanding assignments. Qualifications Professional experience in consulting, managing, and executing projects and programs, preferably with multiple projects. Strategic leadership ability to define project strategy, objectives, and scope, and to provide senior‑level management.
Deep industry knowledge and extensive consulting skills to solve client problems. Executive‑level leadership in strategic planning, business planning, and execution. Resource management, including oversight of key enablers and effective project resource allocation.
Quality assurance, technical review, industry insight, issue resolution, and overall quality management. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with presentation and strategic client‑meeting experience. Technical and analytical expertise relevant to the field.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in demanding assignments. Education: A degree in a relevant discipline such as Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Geosciences, Humanities, Information Technology, International Studies, Law, Life Sciences, Management, Marketing, Mathematics, Operations Research, Political Science, Public Policy, Statistics, or Science. Skills Required Proficiency in project management methodologies and techniques for effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
Strong leadership skills to inspire teams and drive project success. Extensive consulting skills for client problem analysis and solution development. Deep understanding of the client’s industry to tailor solutions and address challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation and meeting facilitation. Strategic planning and execution aligned with client objectives, business goals, and market trends. Effective resource management, including personnel, budgets, and timelines.
Strong focus on quality assurance to meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards. Command of analytical disciplines to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Problem‑solving skills to address challenges, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
Adaptability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments. Technical expertise in finance, technology, or engineering as required. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Adobe. Ancillary Details – Program Manager Telework Responsibilities Oversee implementation of the contractor telework program. Account for and report employee/contractor time spent during telework status.
Monitor, assess, and ensure compliance with telework task‑area performance requirements. Standard Skills Required Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities to meet project milestones. Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities. Ability to multi‑task and pay close attention to detail.
