About the Role We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Execution Services Analyst to support day‑to‑day trading during the US third shift hours specifically in operations across futures, equities, and options in a self‑clearing broker‑dealer and FCM environment. In this role, you’ll partner closely with clients and brokers to manage market access, connectivity, and the full spectrum of trading‑related issues. You will collaborate with Customers, Clearing, Technology, Compliance, and Risk to ensure accurate trade capture, timely clearing and settlement, effective exception management, and strict regulatory adherence across multiple markets and asset classes.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced operational environment, values precision and control, and enjoys driving continuous process improvements. What You Will Do Manage daily operations, customer platforms, execution, routing and exchange connectivity. Assume ownership of day-to-day support activities and customer interactions.

Monitor trading platforms and exchange GUIs for rejected orders and resolve as necessary (FCM side). Monitor the order router and client activities, including order approval, (BD side). Monitor risk reports and take corrective action as necessary.

Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives. Interact with developers and technology to address problems or add new features and functionalities. Ensure trading and compliance processes are completed; escalate issues to management.

Provide support during non-US hours. Qualifications Series 7 preferred; required within 120 days of start otherwise. 5 years of work experience within the financial service industry. Degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering or related field preferred.

Ability to work in a time-sensitive and often pressured financial markets environment. Strong client service skills. Proficiency in VBA, Excel, SQL and Python strongly preferred.

Ability to quickly and effectively absorb and analyze information, technical aptitude desired. Clear communicator and willingness to work closely with other teams. Results oriented, efficient, high attention to detail and ability to learn from mistakes.
