The people in it matter. We’re building a brand people want to be part of. The Role We’re looking for an Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of THRIVIN’s community and brand events.

This role will focus on building and scaling our community event programme , while also partnering closely with our Influencer team on creator and press activations. You will play a key role in translating brand strategy into real-world experiences that strengthen community, deepen brand connection, and generate high-impact content. This is not just an operations role.

This is about creating experiences that people remember, share, and come back to. What You’ll Be Doing Community Event Programme (Core Focus) Own and deliver a monthly calendar of community-led events Conceptualise and execute experiences that strengthen brand affinity and engagement Build relationships with local communities, venues, gyms, studios, and partners Ensure all events reflect THRIVIN’s premium positioning and resonate with our audience Manage end-to-end logistics including planning, production, staffing, and on-site execution Track attendance, engagement, and post-event performance Continuously refine and scale successful event formats Influencer & Press Events Partner closely with the Influencer team to execute creator and media activations Plan and deliver: – Product launches – Press previews – Influencer experiences Ensure events are designed with a strong social-first and content-first mindset Coordinate event flow, suppliers, and execution standards Production, Operations & Reporting Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend across all events Source and negotiate with venues, production suppliers, catering, and vendors Build timelines, run sheets, and execution plans Handle on-site troubleshooting and ensure seamless delivery Track and report on key event metrics including: – Attendance – Engagement – Content output – ROI – EMV Use insights and performance data to improve future events What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years experience in events, brand activations, or experiential marketing Proven track record executing high-quality brand and community events Strong project management and organisational skills Experience working with influencers, talent, or media is a strong plus Commercially aware with a strong ROI mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Must Have Strong vendor and supplier relationships Experience generating high volumes of quality content from events Ability to deliver premium, highly organised experiences consistently Ideal Candidate You understand how to turn a brand into an experience You think about community, energy, and shareability — not just logistics You are highly organised but also creative and culturally aware You move quickly, solve problems calmly, and execute to a high standard You have a strong interest in fitness, wellness, and community-led brands What Success Looks Like Community events consistently drive engagement and attendance Events generate strong social content and brand visibility Creators and press have exceptional brand experiences Operations run smoothly and professionally THRIVIN builds a strong physical presence and community reputation Why Join THRIVIN Build the real-world experience layer of a fast-growing global brand Work at the intersection of community, creators, and brand High ownership and creative freedom Be part of a high-performance, fast-moving team Location UK-based preferred (with travel required for events) To Apply Please include: Examples of events or activations you’ve led Brands or communities you’ve worked with A short note on what you believe makes a great brand experience
